FLAMINGOS 120 is a bespoke contemporary villa designed by MS DESIGN, where architecture, interior design, and landscape come together to create a timeless Mediterranean residence. Located in the prestigious Los Flamingos community in Benahavís, Marbella, the project reflects our philosophy of designing homes that are elegant, functional, and built to endure.
Conceived to embrace its privileged south-west orientation, the villa captures panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea while maximizing natural light throughout the day. Every space has been carefully composed to establish a seamless dialogue between the interior architecture and the surrounding landscape, creating an atmosphere of comfort, privacy, and refined living.
The architectural concept is defined by clean geometric lines, balanced proportions, and a restrained material palette that combines natural stone, warm wood finishes, expansive glazing, and contemporary detailing. Floor-to-ceiling windows dissolve the boundaries between inside and outside, allowing the terraces, gardens, and infinity pool to become natural extensions of the living spaces.
At the heart of the home is an open-plan living environment where the kitchen, dining area, and lounge flow effortlessly together beneath generous double-height ceilings. Designed for modern family life and entertaining, the interiors emphasize openness without compromising intimacy, creating spaces that feel both impressive and welcoming.
