Urban Planning
Since 1971, MS DESIGN has developed an extensive body of work in architecture, urban planning and design, contributing to the transformation of Marbella and the Costa del Sol into an internationally recognised destination.
Our history is closely linked to the development of the region, including projects associated with Puerto Banús, and reflects more than five decades of continuous practice across residential, hospitality, urban and mixed-use developments.
Collective Architecture

At MS DESIGN, residential architecture is understood as a response to place, lifestyle and the individual character of each home. Our work brings together architectural design, context and a considered approach to proportion, materiality and landscape.
This experience is grounded in more than five decades of practice since 1971, shaped by Marcos and Maurice Sainz and an extensive body of residential work across Marbella, La Zagaleta, Sierra Blanca, Nueva Andalucía and Sotogrande, as well as other distinguished locations on the Costa del Sol and internationally.
