The plan for this project was to build a commercial park comprising car parks, shops, dining and theatres located on two plots with a total area of 10,000 m2 in Los Polvillares district, in Lucena, Córdoba.

In one of the plots, a large, two storey centre was designed with parking, retail space, dining and a large supermarket chain as the anchor, occupying a total area of 13,375 m2. In the next plot, the plan defined a building that includes a car park, cinemas, a fitness centre, family entertainment, retail and dining options, all in a total area measuring 13,521 m2.

The architectural points of reference are the large open spaces designed within the building and the creation of an overall structure that gives movement to the whole project and achieves smooth and balanced proportions.
