This project, initially internal and later submitted for tender, was developed with great deal of thought because of its complexity. The building had to remain in use while construction was underway. It was chosen from a number of proposals submitted to and discussed in depth by all the club members and their employees. We conducted a thorough and detailed analysis of the status and operation of facilities due to partial remodelling already done, and as a result of this evolutionary process specific answers were provided.

The design set out to upgrade the existing buildings and integrate them with the new ones, all with an eye to the long term. The project was developed in a way that would allow it to be implemented in different phases in order to solve the problems involving the activity of the club and the use of its facilities. Another basic premise was that the project should be deeply respectful of the original image and concept of the buildings.

After a thorough analysis of not only the architecture but also all the inter- related elements such as engineering, landscaping, decorating, etc., this plan ended up being a complete and appropriate response to the situational requirements, consequently improving the quality and activity of the golf club.
