This resort was developed over an area measuring 350 hectares in Mount San Miguel, in Aracena, and it essentially entailed the creation of a residential and hotel complex attached to a golf course and an equestrian club. The master plan was implemented following sustainability criteria and with respect for protected areas.

The use of technology has been integrated into all the construction methods and materials, with special emphasis on the management of natural resources with the reuse of treated wastewater, rainwater and irrigation water. All agronomic parameters were also monitored in order to ensure that the subsoil and the natural balance of the environment were not affected. Equally important was the development of a style book with which to nurture the unity and order of all the architectural elements in order to achieve the integration of the image and style of the complex with its surroundings.
