This project aimed at developing a master plan for homes perched on a hill near La Reserva de Sotogrande golf course. The valuable landscape and location of the plot makes it a superb place, which gains value as urban planning development taking place. The analysis of the plots took into consideration a number of defining parameters: their orientation and views; their form and layout, and the need to bestow a natural and idyllic image upon the complex.

The main criterion was to delineate the plots without the use of walls, marking them out in some way, then to close the gaps between areas using low stone walls, creating platforms for circulation, access and planting in areas requiring minimal visual impact.

The majority of space in the resulting structures is allocated to the ground floor with the minimum required space allocated to upper storeys. This avoids obstructing the views from other plots. The choice of construction elements such as colour and style brings harmony, simplicity and equilibrium to the overall picture of the complex.
