Quinta Dos Ganchos

ID : URB-QDGB

The master plan developed in the municipality of Governador Celso Ramos, in the state of Santa Catarina, southern Brazil, encompasses a development area of approximately 12 million square meters.

The concept of Quinta dos Ganchos focuses on the creation of a new, more active form of tourism—offering a variety of experiences that contribute to diversification, break free from the limitations of traditional seasonal tourism, and most importantly, support the settlement of a stable residential population. Health, sports, leisure, tourism, culture, and business form the foundation of this future urban development.

The master plan includes golf courses, marinas and yacht clubs, an equestrian club, a racquet club, multi-sport gyms and spas, socio-cultural spaces, an exhibition and convention center, hotels, shopping centers, schools, healthcare centers, and residential areas. All of these components are designed to ensure a continuous production chain that keeps the development vibrant and dynamic.

The plan has been developed with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, as well as a clear ethical framework that encourages the growth of values and responsibility toward the surrounding environment.

This project covers a total surface area of 12,040,721 m² and includes:

  • 1,061,248 m² designated as permanent environmental protection areas
