Kabuki II

Kabuki Wellington – Madrid (386 m² | 3 Michelin Stars)

This project followed the success of the first Kabuki Japanese restaurant, located at Calle Presidente Carmona, 2 in Madrid, which received significant media attention. The opportunity to develop a second Kabuki, this time within the prestigious Wellington Hotel in Madrid, posed both an exciting challenge and a responsibility to uphold the brand’s excellence.

The 386 m² premises presented certain design complexities due to the varying floor levels. These differences were embraced and used to create distinct areas and atmospheres, enriching the spatial experience for guests.

The interior design reflects the ceremonial spirit expected from a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant. Through a meticulous selection of colours and materials, the spaces convey harmony, warmth, and comfort, providing a sophisticated and memorable dining environment.
