Torre Real

This project was carried out in the Torre Real complex, on the 19th floor of the iconic Diana Building, one of Marbella’s architectural landmarks dating back to 1973.

The intervention was a comprehensive interior architecture and decoration project. Originally, the floor plan consisted of four separate apartments, which had been converted into a single, spacious residence occupying 60% of the floor area, with a holiday apartment making up the remaining 40%. Together, they add up to a total built area of 600m², plus communal spaces and private parking.

Particular attention was paid to the complete acoustic and thermal insulation of both properties, using the latest aluminium framing systems and double glazing with air chambers. The water supply, electrical systems, and air conditioning were also fully updated and automated.

The entire space was furnished and styled with urban-inspired pieces, creating a contemporary, cosmopolitan atmosphere where various works of art from the owner’s private collection are showcased.
