MBC Residential
MS Design Architecture brings its signature warmth and contemporary elegance to a private villa that seamlessly blends Andalusian heritage with modern minimalism. Rooted in a natural material palette and refined spatial harmony, the villa is a sanctuary of light, texture, and timeless design—anchored by traditional stonework, sculptural geometry, and expansive views of its surroundings.
The architectural layout favors a square, courtyard-style design, with clean, orthogonal lines that create a strong visual rhythm while maintaining a relaxed, open flow between indoor and outdoor living areas. At its heart lies a tranquil swimming pool, bordered by pale limestone and softened with native Mediterranean plantings. The pool becomes both a central feature and a reflective surface that plays with light and form throughout the day.
Natural materials define the villa’s character: locally sourced stone, light oak wood, and matte black accents lend a grounded elegance. Slatted wooden ceilings, sculpted door frames, and finely crafted oak built-ins echo MS Design’s hallmark craftsmanship. Large-format windows—many floor-to-ceiling—frame the landscape and flood the interiors with natural light, blurring the boundaries between architecture and nature.
The color palette is rich yet restrained: warm sand tones on plastered walls, soft taupes and off-whites in textiles, and occasional terracotta and deep green accents—a nod to the region’s artisanal heritage. Select furnishings and Andalusian-style screens introduce traditional motifs with contemporary restraint.
Ambient lighting is seamlessly integrated into the architecture: hidden LED channels within ceiling beams, lantern-style pendants in stone alcoves, and subtle uplighting in courtyards create an inviting atmosphere that transitions gracefully from day to night.
In this villa, MS Design Architecture redefines Mediterranean luxury—not through ornamentation, but through purity of form, sensory comfort, and an enduring connection to place.
