This master plan is the continuation of an already well-established development by the La Quinta Group. «Be» spans a surface area of 2,300,000 m² within the municipality of Espabavis, adjacent to Marbella. It envisions a high-quality real estate development, where the central link between the existing area and the new phase is the golf course itself—creating one of the largest golf developments in Andalusia.
The project is primarily residential, with homes planned on elevated hillsides and in clusters surrounded by the golf course, maximizing views while respecting the natural topography. The development is organized into seven main zones, which will host the residential areas, and a central zone where services and amenities are concentrated.
Approximately 1,400 housing units are planned, distributed across the various hills and to be developed in different phases. The central amenities hub will include retail spaces, offices, a hotel, a golf club, swimming pools, sports facilities, and commercial areas, along with the golf course itself.
The residential clusters are designed to follow the contours of the existing hills, minimizing impact on the natural terrain and integrating the architecture into the landscape. Large forested areas will be preserved between the residential zones. Each cluster will be developed as small Mediterranean-style villages, blending traditional local architecture with contemporary design elements.
