This is a fully urban project located in the heart of Fuengirola, on Calle Sedeño. The residential building, developed on a plot of 1,092 m², includes commercial premises and a garage and rises over 9 floors. The ground floor features 7 commercial units and the main entrance lobby providing access to the upper levels, which include shared terraces, a swimming pool, and the residential units.
The first floor is designed as a large communal terrace that includes porches, sun decks, a spacious swimming pool, and a dedicated area for building services. The residential apartments begin on the second floor.
The building is designed in an L-shape, allowing the apartments to enjoy views and natural light on two façades. At the junction where the two wings meet, a tower element has been introduced, from which large cantilevered terraces extend, visually and functionally linking both wings and unifying the overall composition.
The building contains eight apartments per floor, each approximately 80 m², resulting in a total of 56 units. A key feature of the design is the prominent sloped metal roof that crowns the structure. This allows the top-floor apartments to benefit from increased ceiling heights and greater spatial quality, giving them the characteristics of penthouses.
