MS Design took part in this tourism development project centered around a golf course, designing and executing the architectural projects for individual villas, semi-detached houses, and apartments that now form part of the Las Colinas Golf & Country Club complex. Two distinct types of individual villas and two different types of semi-detached houses were designed.
These were carefully positioned within the plots, respecting the natural slopes and surrounding environment, minimizing visual impact, and achieving a harmonious integration between architecture and nature. The apartment buildings were conceived following the same architectural approach as the single-family homes, contributing to the visual unity of the entire development.
The design of the apartment blocks incorporates dynamic volumetric compositions, with variations in façades and heights, resulting in a harmonious and well-proportioned overall appearance.
