This house is situated on the Marbella Club complex in the city’s Golden Mile. Because of the location of the plot, surrounded by other houses, we chose to unify all the buildings in a single volume and emphasise the environmental design of the rest of the plot, creating viewing points, finishes, spaces and pathways that are both contained and bordered.

The house, with its sober lines, is built on two floors. The upper floor is recessed, giving a feeling of lightness to the lower floor, which extends via a large porch that facilitates outdoor living. The upper floor is crowned by a large sloping roof that smoothes the lines and appears as a suspended lightweight element because the enclosure walls do not reach it.
