This master plan was designed for a housing complex in Muscat, Oman. The plan was designed for an irregular plot with an area of 1,889,496 m2. As a starting point, the golf route was planned based on a tidy orthogonal geometry. Because of the nature of the plot, the golf clubhouse is in the centre with the golf course spreading out on both sides, surrounded by the housing development, creating two green areas as large courtyards.

The complex is mainly residential and is equipped with all necessary amenities, such as shops and cultural and sporting activities, as well as a hotel zone. The geometry reflected in the golf course creates the primary axes from which the building emerges, yielding full integration between landscape and architecture.
