This project was carried out on a plot of land measuring 2,500 m2 in the Montehalcones complex, in Benahavís. The house is designed around two main areas which are connected by a bridge in a large double height space.

There is an area for social and family life that prioritises large spaces and visually and physically connected heights. Under a wooden pitched roof, the living room opens out onto the porch, the pool and the garden, integrating indoor and outdoor. The other side opens out onto a courtyard, creating an interior retreat.

Another aspect of this project is the bedrooms, which are created in large spaces with views over the courtyards to provide each room with privacy. With a solid, streamlined volume, the building incorporates the perimeter walls of the plot into the house, creating their own closed and open spaces, corridors and finishing touches that integrate all the parts into one unit
