In the upper part of Los Arqueros, this west facing house boasts exceptional views over the golf course and the nearby mountains. It was designed in a contemporary style with clean lines and simple volumes.

The lounge is the central point of the house from which the other rooms flow. This double height room features an enormous sliding window that retracts into the wall, fully integrating indoor and outdoor. The window opening also provides a frame for the magnificent views. The living room merges spatially with the kitchen and dining room, which are located in the same space and are crowned with a wooden gabled roof that extends outwards, creating a porch like a living area outdoors.
