The remodelling of this villa consisted of a full interior renovation. All the rooms were completely rearranged, improving them with an internal reorganisation of the bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, lounges, kitchen and service areas.

Style and character were achieved via a fusion of more contemporary architecture interspersed with classic elements such as mouldings, woodwork and furniture. The central theme of the design is the blend of classic and contemporary with the ultimate intention of infusing the look and feel of a lived in home with a character of its own.
