Twenty three homes in three blocks were developed in an area measuring 5,603 m2 in Los Monteros complex in the municipality of Marbella. Because of the arrangement of the blocks and to optimise the land use, a large central landscaped area was arranged on platforms with a pool, creating a private and intimate setting where the building itself forms a large courtyard that provides framed viewpoints.

The design of the blocks is very sober and streamlined. They are covered with large roofs that form part of the 250 m2 penthouses with dormered ceilings. The 230 m2 apartments have ample spaces and proportions. The number of rooms and their size were optimised, offering a remarkable sense of spaciousness inside, a fundamental factor in this type of housing.
