This tourism and residential development was planned in Marrakech. Very clear core concepts served as a design matrix with the intention of creating an oasis. In the central area there is a large luxury hotel that acts as a hub around which the rest of the development revolves. By following the central axis of the hotel, we reach a large infinity pool cascading over a big lake around which four riad houses with twelve rooms each are arranged.

Around the angular centres of the hotel are four closed groups of twelve and eight residences in their own environment yet also integrated into the development as a whole, each with its own garden and pool. from the entrance to the complex, we cross the most public area of all, where we find a small pitch & putt course, a tennis club and a beauty spa.

The plans follow traditional Moroccan architectural style in conjunction with more contemporary elements and volumes, and special attention was paid to the landscaping, which integrates the different activity areas while also creating more enclosed zones.
