This house, located in Santa Cruz de Oleiros, was designed following a contemporary architecture style with simple lines and volumes in which elements that had been brought in from the restoration of an old early nineteenth century family home were integrated.

The objective was to design a house whose wealth was in the quality of its spaces rather than in overpriced materials. The levels, heights and shapes of the roofs confer movement on the architecture and a distinct personality to each of the volumes that make up the villa.
