This project was of particular interest because the client is Mexican and shared the team’s admiration for the architecture of Luis Barragán. This inspiration became an essential component of the design.

This home was developed in the Cortijo Blanco complex, and due to the semiurban nature of the area, special emphasis was given to the interior, generating exterior spaces and courtyards enclosed by the architecture itself, isolating it from the outside. The volume and succession of the building as well as the wall finishes evoke the essence of Mexican architecture.
