This is a completely urban project located on Calle Sedeño, in the city centre of fuengirola. This ninestorey apartment building with an area of 1,092 m2 also houses commercial premises and a car park. On the ground floor, at street level, there are seven shops as well as lobby access to the upper floors, which house the pool, communal terraces and the apartments. A spacious communal terrace was designed for the first floor, comprising porches, terraces and a large swimming pool, as well as a service area. The accommodation begins on the second floor.

The building was designed in an L shape, so that the apartments have views from both sides. The corner that acts as a hinge has a tower from which large cantilevered terraces protrude, linking the two wings and integrating the whole. The building has eight apartments per floor measuring approximately 80 m2 each, making a total of 56 apartments. An outstanding feature of the building is its crown: a large sloped metal roof. This means that the topfloor apartments are higher and more spacious, giving them it’s unique penthouses.
